What we keep

For each business using Drux Works: the customers, quotes, follow-ups, appointments, notes, photos and documents you add. If you fill out the form on this site, we keep what you typed so we can get back to you.

Who can see it

Each business gets its own separate, private copy behind its own private link. Other businesses using Drux Works can't see your records. We look at your data only to set it up, support you, or fix a problem you've asked about.

Services we use

• DigitalOcean hosts the server your copy runs on.
• Anthropic (Claude) powers Ava, the assistant. When you ask Ava something, the question and the records she needs to answer it are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer.
• Deepgram turns your voice into text and Ava's answers into speech. Our requests tell Deepgram not to use your audio to train its models, and the recording isn't kept after it's processed.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Backups and your copy

Your data is backed up every night, encrypted. You can download a full copy of your records from the app at any time. If you stop using Drux Works and ask us to, we delete your copy.
